PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS FOR EMAIL SETUP:
USERNAME : (FULL EMAIL ADDRESS)
PASSWORD: (AS GIVEN BY US)
POP3 SERVER: MAIL.NEOTEK.CO.ZA
SMTP: mail.neotek.co.za (or your ISP smtp server if not with neotek)
for your laptop if you’re travelling, use the following settings:
Please ensure the following settings are correct in your outgoing mail settings. (applies to mobile devices ie: laptops , phones, tablets, 3g etc) not office pcs. The office pcs must be on smtp.isdsl.net with none of the other settings.

The outgoing server on the following tab should read mail.neotek.co.za (or if you have your own domain with us, you would make it mail.yourdomain.co.za )
Then click on more settings.
Ensure the outbound authentication settings are as follows:
Then on the advanced tab, ensure the port number for smtp is changed to 587
